Customer Review: Love cap, but black spots problem too!
I love my Speedo silicon cap, but mine also has developed black spots (see review quoted below) and looks as if cleaning them will soon finish in making holes! ---------------- "69 of 70 people found the following review helpful: This is a great cap!, January 10, 2007 By M. Nice cap. Fits well (make sure your hair is wet first), and doesn't ride up when I swim. I have pony-tail length hair, and it's great to kep it all tidy and contained.

I've used several other paddle sets but these are the best. This design has the most intuitive 'water ergonomics' and they feel like a second set of hands to me. Only drawback are the rubber straps that break after a few months. Poor design although Speedo includes replacement straps in the package.
